1. How do I sign up for courses?

  • Access the Bookwhen reservation platform. 
  • Choose a class or purchase a membership using one of the online payment options. 
  • Book your spot in the desired class. 
  • Don't forget to cancel on time to avoid losing your entry if you can't attend. Cancel your class at least 12 hours before the start time. 

2. How Does the Waitlist Work? 

When all spots in a class are taken, a waitlist is initiated.

You can sign up for the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, the system will automatically add the first person on the waitlist to the class and send them a notification. The class will be locked for 30 minutes. After this time, if the spot hasn't been claimed, the next person on the waitlist will be notified.

If you are on the waitlist, you can cancel at any time without losing your entry; the 12-hour cancellation rule does not apply here.

Once you have been transferred from the waitlist to the class participant list, the 12-hour cancellation policy comes into effect.

3. Do I need shoes for Exotic Pole or Frame-up Strip classes?

Yes, you need specific footwear to participate in these classes.

We do not rent shoes at the studio. It is forbidden to use shoes not intended for Exotic classes (e.g., stilettos or regular high heels). The minimum heel height must be 8 inches (approximately 20 cm).

4. How do I cancel classes so I don't lose my pass entry? 

To cancel a class without losing your pass entry, please do so through the Bookwhen app at least 12 hours before the class's start time. 

5. What is the validity period of the purchased subscription?

Subscription Validity Periods

  • The 4-entry subscription is valid for 30 days.

  • The 8-entry subscription is valid for 35 days.

  • The 12-entry subscription is valid for 40 days.

6. Do I need to do Pole Dance before starting Exotic classes? 

It's not mandatory to take Pole Dance classes before starting Exotic classes. However, we encourage you to do so, as these classes complement each other perfectly and will certainly help you master the basic elements of the Exotic style more easily.

7. Do I need to be flexible to attend Stretching or Mobility & Flexibility classes?

No, you do not need to be flexible to attend Stretching or Mobility & Flexibility classes.

These classes are specifically designed to help you improve your flexibility and mobility, regardless of your current level. They are often ideal for beginners or anyone looking to increase their range of motion, reduce stiffness, and prevent injuries.

The instructors will guide you through various stretches and movements, helping you work within your own limits and gradually increase your flexibility over time.

8. Can I do Pole Dance if I've never had any physical activity before?

9. How to dress for your first Pole Dance workout? 

Here's what's typically recommended:

  • Bottoms:

    • Shorts: This is the most crucial part. You'll need shorts (like athletic shorts, dance shorts, or even comfortable bike shorts) that expose the skin on your inner thighs and knees. Skin-to-pole contact is essential for grip to perform most pole moves, especially climbs and holds.

    • Avoid: Long leggings, sweatpants, or anything that covers your legs entirely, as you won't be able to grip the pole effectively.

  • Top:

    • A sports bra, athletic top, or a fitted T-shirt works well. You want something comfortable that allows for a full range of motion and won't ride up.

    • Avoid: Baggy or loose tops that might get in the way or slide around.

  • Footwear:

    • For your very first class, you'll generally be barefoot. This allows for better grip on the floor and helps you feel the pole.

    • Avoid: Shoes, socks, or sticky grip socks for your first class unless specifically instructed by your studio.

In summary, think "athletic wear" that exposes your inner thighs and knees.

10. How to dress for your first Exotic workout?

For Exotic classes, please bring sport shorts/leggings and a top/T-shirt. Very important: don't forget to bring special fabric knee pads (designed for pole dance or volleyball) and strip shoes min. 8 inch.

11. Can I "freeze" my subscription in case of absence?

No, generally you cannot "freeze" your subscription in case of absence. The subscriptions have specific validity periods (e.g., 30, 35, or 40 days depending on the number of entries), and unused entries within this period will be lost.

The terms also state that entries from one subscription cannot be transferred to another person. This implies a fixed-term validity without options for pausing or extending due to personal absences.
