Exotic Pole

Exotic Pole is an art and fitness form that celebrates femininity, sensuality, and personal expression through fluid movements and captivating choreographies on and around the pole dance bar. Unlike Pole Sport, which focuses on acrobatics and strength, Exotic Pole emphasizes grace, attitude, and the story conveyed through dance.

In Exotic Pole classes, you'll learn to move with controlled sensuality, integrating elements of floorwork (movements on the ground), fluid transitions, and dance steps specific to the style.

Exotic Pole is ideal for anyone who wants to explore their artistic and sensual side, improve their flexibility, coordination, and feel stronger and more confident.


Aerial Mix

In Aerial Mix, you'll have the opportunity to work with a combination of equipment, which may include aerial hoop (Lyra), straps, or other aerial accessories, depending on the scheduled program. Each session is structured to develop a wide range of skills: strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and endurance. You'll learn how to move with grace and power between different apparatuses, mastering fluid transitions and figures adapted to each piece of equipment.

Stretching, Mobility and Flexibility

Conditioning

These sessions focus on strengthening the entire body, with a special emphasis on the key muscle groups used in pole dance, aerial hoop, and other similar disciplines.

Pole Choreo

Unlike Pole Flow classes, which focus on general fluidity and improvisation, or Pole Sport classes, which aim at linking specific tricks, a Pole Choreo class emphasizes the composition and performance of an entire dance number.
